With her new program, The Quit Sugar Blueprint ™, more people can successfully remove sugar from their diet. Many individuals do not realize that one of the leading causes of their lethargy and weight gain is their dependence on artificial sugars. You can find more details about the program at https://coachwithjody.as.me/schedule.php
The Quit Sugar Blueprint ™ teaches students how to identify unhealthy sugars and remove them from their diets. According to Jody, the typical American consumes roughly three pounds of sugar each week. That translates to approximately 152 pounds of sugar each year.
Experts agree that added sugars negatively affect health and contribute to weight issues and other conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. The American Heart Association (AHA) has recommended cutting back to a maximum of nine teaspoons of sugar for men and six teaspoons of sugar for women and children over two each day.
Jody is a national board-certified health and wellness coach and helps people return to a healthier lifestyle through practical and realistic diets. Instead of short-term success, Jody explains that her coaching plans focus on the long-term. Still, she encourages her clients to record small milestones in their health journey to keep them motivated.
One of the more insidious contributors to poor health is sugar addiction, says Jody. The health coach explains that most people remain unaware of how much sugar they are consuming each day.
She updated her sugar detox program to highlight daily habits that contribute to sugar dependence. One such pattern is eating out regularly. People can control how much sugar they consume by cooking food from scratch.
Another habit that may be contributing to sugar addiction is emotional eating. The health coach discusses the connection between sugary foods and the release of endorphins. She says that emotional eaters are at the highest risk of developing a sugar dependence.
